Pamper Me Essentials extends the following payment options: Discover, Master Card, Visa and PayPal. Checks or money orders are not accepted.

Return Policy
Pamper Me Essentials strives to offer you a product that meets your standards. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of your items to obtain a return authorization number. We will gladly offer you a store credit in the amount of your purchase minus shipping and handling. Pamper Me Essentials does not render refunds or shipping and handling fees under any circumstance.

Shipping Policy
Pamper Me Essentials ships orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays. If your shipment date falls on a holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there could be a delay in the shipping of your order. If this is the case, Pamper Me Essentials will notify you.

Please note, Pamper Me Essentials only ships to areas within the United States. All purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your purchase has been shipped, it usually takes 2-3 days for your item(s) to arrive. Pamper Me Essentials shall not be be held responsible for USPS shipping delays.

If you have a question about our products, contact us before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.

Ingredients
Pamper Me Essentials products are made from natural ingredients. Our body mist, body and lip scrubs, hand soap, lotion, and shower gel have a shelf life of 1 year due to the integration of mild preservatives. Preservatives not only extend the shelf life of our products, but they protect you from unwanted microorganisms. If our product label states the use of flavor oil or fragrance then a synthetic scent has been added for your fragrance enjoyment.

Shake or stir products well prior to use, as natural ingredients tend to separate over a period of time. This occurrence is expected and is not the result of a defective product.

Our soy candles are made from 100% soy wax. Dyes have not been added in order to maintain the natural state of our soy candles.

Before you apply Pamper Me Essentials products to your skin, test on your forearm for any skin reaction. In case of skin irritation, discontinue use and dilute affected area with a generous amount of vegetable oil.

Pamper Me Essentials products are for external use only. Keep all products away from children and animals.

While burning candles take precautions to prevent a fire. Pamper Me Essentials shall not be responsible for the misuse of our soy candles or plug-in tart burners.

This list is a basic guideline and is not limited to all uses of our candles and candles products.
Do Not:
Do not leave burning candles unattended.
Do not burn candles near an open draft.
Do not burn candles near objects in which the flame can reach.
Do not burn your soy candle for more than 3 hours.

Do:
Do burn your candle on a heat resistant surface.
Do trim your wick before each use to 1/4 inch.
Do keep your candle and candle product out of the reach of children and animals
Do discontinue use of your candle once it 1/2 of the soy wax is left
